Diaphragm remote-reading gas meter is a gas meter developed by Ronhuan which is convenient for reading and controlling. The photoelectric encoder is installed inside the Ronghuan basic meter to show the consumption value of the meter. It adopts M-BUS / RS485 bus communication to realize the remote reading of gas consumption. It combines the application of computer technology, electronic technology and photoelectric technology to realize the scientific and intelligent management of users' gas consumption by gas management department, and reduces the problems of difficulty in household reading . Compared with the pulse type telemetry which is widely used at present, it has the essential change.

The direct reading meter adopts optical, mechanical and electrical integration technology and the principle of absolute photoelectric encoder. As shown in the figure, take each word wheel as a code disk, and measure the absolute position of the word wheel, so as to accurately read the number of the word wheel in the display window. After receiving the meter reading instruction, the microcontroller reads the meter according to the above principle and uploads it to the upper computer.

Characteristic

· Usually , there is no need for power supply, and the user's gas consumption is directly collected from the mechanical counter  

· The electronic identification part does not participate in the measurement, except that the system (or manual reader) supplies power to the meter when reading the meter, and there is no battery in the meter

· The reading is accurate, and the number of word rounds in the table is directly read out by encoding and decoding, which is the translation of the physical position of the digits on the wheel

· Good anti-interference performance, long service life and low maintenance cost;

· According to the user's requirements, the motor valve can be installed to open or close the gas meter , and the pre charge can be realized by cooperating with the management system.
